New Casual Player, Looking for guild

Kaasim

Recommended Posts

Hello all,

I'm new to SWTOR. I've recently subbed to the game, and am currently leveling a Shadow.

I'm looking for a Casual Guild that does some raiding, some pvp, and enjoys leveling alts as well. I'm looking for something w/ vent/TS/whatever and forums.

I'm looking a group that is mostly older gamers (typically w/ familes and can understand as a father with a full time job my availability is limited).

I play mostly from 8:30 - 11/12 EST 2-4 nights a week. Post here if I sound like a fit for a guild, and let me know who to get in contact with.

Thanks!

Light\Dark Holiday is the guild you are looking for. We are a mature guild with members in both factions. We have an active voice server for operations, events, PVP, PVE, flash points, dailies, or just talking and socializing in general. We are filled with helpful members, have a useful and informative website, and most importantly have a great social gaming attitude.

For operations, we currently have a casual operations group and a soon a hardcore operations group. We have multiple nights of operations (including the weekends) but you only need to sign up with the ones you wish to do. We do have a minimum gear requirement to keep wiping to a minimum on the harder operations. You can bring any character you wish and when you sign up you can assign the role you want.

Take a look at our website or look up us in game. You can find us at Light/Dark Holiday or in game “/who Holiday “and feel free to chat with any of our members.

We are about having fun, being successful and allowing everyone the chance to run an operation, PVP or whatever other event you wish to do.

Hi Kaasim!

You've described Pillars of Ashla/Ashes of Ashla perfectly. We know that life comes first; we miss our folks when they can't be online, and we're happy to see them when they are. We have a helpful group of seasoned players and welcome players of all experience levels. We have a mentoring program for folks new to the game, guild, and/or MMOs. We have casual raids, progression raids, and PvP as well as other activities. Our Rep-side is more developed than our Imp-side, but that's changing quickly.

You can find more information in our recruiting thread: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=655080

I hope we get to welcome you as part of the family!

Galactic Defense is a casual guild, but we run operations weekly. Have have teamspeak, and guild website / calendar as well. Most members have families, and we understand scheduling conflicts. :)

As a guild, we help each other gear. We have storymode TFB and S&V on farm. We were working on hardmode content, but recently lost a few key members.

If you're still searching for a guild, Anima Et Morte would be delighted to have you. We're extremely laid-back and very social. We take part in all aspects of the game (Leveling, all brackets of PVP, Ops, general debauchery, what have you) and are always looking for new friends.

If you're interested you can poke me here, contact me in game under the name Falenx or hit up one of the officers or GM by names; Kiirlas (GM), Zez, Zi'anna, Syxe, Chevaux or Taekat

Hope to hear from you soon

-Fal
