gsll
After the 3rd Wave..... it was 585 for us and 475 for the enemy team. Then we took the Pylon and had 735. Enemy team took the Pylon and had 755 Maybe 3 or 4 kills between the beginning of the fourth round and taking the Pylons PS: Daily PvP Rotation (Queue/Leave - Queue/Leave - Queue/Leave - Queue/Leave Queue....Huttball pops up /Play
Lionflash
Hard to comment without pics or videos. Did they have orbs? a bunch of people surrounding the Pylon as it gets captured with orbs can do that, and kills like you said could have done it. stupidsyrup
It has to do with orbs. People will tell you orbs don't win this WZ but they're just noobs. I've been in plenty where they've taken both pylons round 1 and with orbs and kills we still won. Orbs add bonus points at the end of each round, and in later rounds, orbs can add some serious points. /orb
gsll
so its like family feud ? 1st round = normal points 2nd round = double points 3rd round = triple .

Never thought of it like that, but now that you mention it, I would say you're spot on
funkiestj
so its like family feud ? 1st round = normal points 2nd round = double points 3rd round = triple . The scoreboard has a multipler value in the lower right. The first round the multiplier is "x3". Next round is it "x4" and so on. I think you get 1 point per kill, 2 points per orb, times the multiplier for that round. Any points from orbs you keep. You only get to keep your kill points if you hold at least 1 pylon at the end of the round. BASIC TACTICS for n00bs: double capping at the beginning but letting the opponent get 1 pylon in the last ten seconds is a waste. stalling your opponent's pylon cap is a bad if you give your opponent easy kills and they get the pylon before the end of the period. Stalling is OK if you can escape death. avoiding death is important. This is the only WZ where avoiding death is an actual WZ objective (Actually, deaths/kills matter in Voidstar stalemates as deaths are the tie breaker if nobody gets past a door)
Alericus
Just a quick question to the OP, did you experience any lag or freezing before the score changing?
