You need people find them and willing to put in GTN without ask for a arm or leg. I think Scalene is wearable for champions but I am not sure. You can farm for it easily... but Mako cannot wear it since it is agent only. RNG may drive you crazy as well. As already pointed out above....same body as Scalene, but different color scheme... so you can get close, but you won't match the colors scheme exactly (with the dyes currently available). However since it is random world drop. That means there is no specific npc drop it. It can drop from heroic2, heroic 4, flashpoint or even lock box. It is like finding needle in a haystack.
