Practel Posted June 12, 2013 Share Posted June 12, 2013 If you buy the Nihilus Mask (I think I spelled it right?) from the "Contraband Resale" shop with Cartel Market Certificates, it A) Does not bind to Legacy, which it should since you are buying it with legacy transferable items, and B) Does not activate in the collections tab.
