Random mount/pet from inventory.

Create an item that when you click it brings up a random speeder. Until all speeders are made to pilot at whatever pilot skill you have you would have to take that into account.

 

Create another item that procs a random pet or pets if you have flying pets as well.

 

Both of these would simply pull from your speeder and pet inventories.
