Long time player looking for good casual guild for PVE

I have been looking for a good casual guild that is helpful so you can do heroics and flashpoints. I have met with limited success. I have been a player since the beginning and find it frustrating that a lot of content I can't do because I can't find anyone on to help. I help others but I have missed a lot of the heroics because either no one wants to do them or they want to do them when I'm busy with something else. I hope to find a guild that is helpful and friendly. Currently I'm in one where people aren't talkative at all.
