Hi dagos_denive, Depending on which unlock you're referring to, this could be working as intended or might be an issue, and we'd need more information to be sure. Priority Transport: Personal Starship is under the Character Perk section of the Legacy Unlocks, so it would only apply to an individual character (as would any other unlocks on that page). However, under Global Unlocks -> Other, the Improved Priority Transport: Personal Starship are for all characters, and them not applying would be a bug.
