We expect the server to be available again by 3AM CST. Thanks for your understanding! We are currently investigating issues that are preventing players from accessing The Shadowlands. Hello there! We are looking into what is preventing players from accessing The Shadowlands at this time. We will relay to those who are investigating that player reports are that "awesome" is the cause. As we have more information, we'll post in this thread. Thank you for your patience.

Hey there folks, We have confirmed your reports that the new modification table in the VIP Area of the Fleet isn't working properly. All other tables remain functional, and you're able to use them until the new one is fixed. This will be added to the Known Issues as well.

Hey there folks! After a bit of research, it appears that this change did not pass testing for 2.4.3, and we unfortunately missed taking it out of the patch notes. We're looking to update it in an upcoming patch and have pulled the note for now. Sorry for any confusion or inconvenience!

We'll get this looked and and let you know what's going on as soon as we have more info. Thank you very much for the reports!

We'll be keeping an eye on this to see if it's an issue exclusive to you or if others are seeing this as well when using the VIP Workbench! Have you attempted a repair on your launcher to ensure you don't have any file corruption? If not, please attempt that.
