So, what is the best relic setup for us for PVP? Serendipitous assault and elemental? PS: I am so glad I spent my ranked WZ comms on main/offhand. It does internal tech damage, what is 'internal tech'? Does that mean it ignores armor? Why is this better than elemental or kinetic? Wouldn't elemental get boosted by fire effect talents? Conqueror Relic of Dark Radiance Equip: Damaging attacks have a 30% chance to deal 202 additional internal tech damage to the target.
