Headpieces, new make-up/lekku tattoos, etc. Cyborgs: New cybernetic parts. Purebloods: More jewelry options. Rattataki: More jewelry options. Miralian: More tattoo options would be neat. MIraluka: More blindfolds. MORE BLINDFOLDS. A simple cloth strip wrapped around would be really neat, too. Zabrak: New facial patterns, new horn arrangements, more options of hairs. Judging from the number of people I've seen sporting the new hairstyles (and my own personal opinions) I think these would be pretty neat.
