Fatumx Posted May 2, 2013 Share Posted May 2, 2013 I had been playing for a few months as a FTP player, few issues I had I contacted support and it was quickly fixed... a day after I decided I liked the game and didn't mind paying for it since the company had been treating me well, I start getting errors, can't connect, etc... and a week later I still have not gotten a response from them, after such speedy replies when I was ftp... seems to me once they got my money they stopped caring. Has anyone else had this experience? Should I cancel my subscription or did I somehow just join at some time where maybe they just killed off all their support staff and are hiring new ones?
