[Artifact] Microfilament Combat D-Package and [Artifact] Microfilament Might D-Package. Both have:163 strength166 endurance79 power74 surge Is this an oversight or what is going on? And all have tanking schems. i miss these implants (schematics) for cunning e.g. ...or why does he sell tank-implants (willpower, endurance) with accuracy as second stat? almost all implants are crap right now are there any other vendors for schematics?
