As it stands now, you can't tell if its worthwhile to get new gear or not since bolster makes your stats go crazy once you zone in. My impression is that they're gutting pvp to push people into raiding since people are saying raid gear is best in the pvp warzone now. I skipped pvp from 50-54 to try and avoid all the bolster nonsense to find it fully in effect for 55. I'd be nice to know if it was their intention to drive people out of the warzone to get raid armor to have the best pvp armor because that what it appears.
