Seireeni Posted April 19, 2013 Posted April 19, 2013 I believe focus/rage tree at least gives 1 additional leap that does work against targets in cover. Have always worked. Correct me if I'm wrong, though, I haven't played that skill tree myself.

funkiestj Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 Zealous strike and obliterate are 10m leaps and work on covered targets also, you can be popped out of cover by (sniper) diversion or a stun, at which point you can be leapt to. Probably not what happened to OP but worth mentioning for completeness.
