Where are the lvl-50 Orange crystals schematics now ?

It was said to drop from Primal Destroyer on Belsavis (dulfy.net, linking a dev comment), but I looked my bro downing him down, but no lvl-50 Orange crystal schematic... only a lvl-49 magenta schematic.

 

 

So have you heard of them dropping anywhere else ?

 

At the moment, I believe that now they drop on lvl-55 FP/OPS, or are now expected to be RE-ed from dropped crystals/weapons in these FP/OPS, and that the schematics cannot drop anywhere else.
