When I launch the game, the log-in screen appears very briefly, and then disappears completely so I'm looking at my desktop. Then an error message appears saying " only a single instance of this application can run" What's going on? I see that I need to change my login info, changing my email address to just my account name, but the log in screen disappears and will not let me change it.
