It would be nice to get a Legacy Kit from the CM and apply it to a piece of gear. Now that gear is legacy bound instead of character bound. It could cost about the price of a cartel pack. In my opinion, all Cartel Market items (the ones with the little CC symbol on them) should be bind on legacy. Should players be able to make anything bind on legacy? Not necessarily. Certain things might be broken by doing this, or wierdness might happen. It'd have to be a thoroughly investigated idea before it was actually implimented, to make sure some wierd bug didn't happen. Obviously things like mission items would be disallowed from becoming BoL but you never know what other items might cause issues when traded between characters. That said, I also, at first glance, do not agree with being able to send endgame gear to alts. But as it turns out, that's already in the game and is actually functioning quite soundly. So... in summary, I feel like there's an issue with this idea, as in breaking something else, but I can't quite put a finger on what it is...
