Tommohawk
Hi everyone! I'm hoping someone may be able to help with this. I upgraded to 3 monitors recently, and it does look awesome. However what I've noticed is that my second and third screen magnifies the image - so object and AIs quite far off appear really close. Does anyone know of any way to fix this, or is it something I'm stuck with? Many thanks in advance!
Rankyn
Silly question... are all 3 monitors running at the same resolution?
Tommohawk
Silly question... are all 3 monitors running at the same resolution? There is no such thing as a silly question. Aye, they're all running on 1920x1080.
Tommohawk
I am playing it windowed - but i thought that was the only way to pull it to consume the three monitors?
---Katsumoto---
If what you are talking about is the edge of the 2 monitors on the outsides, not your middle monitor. Then what your describing is called a fisheye effect. Sorry, but there is little one can do about the fisheye view other than to treat it like the periphial vision apsect it is supposed to be. The fisheye effect has been present in games using surround type view setups for awhile. I have been using Eyefinity for over 2 years now and the fisheye effect used to bother me a bit but now I don't really notice it unless I focus on it. FOV adjustments don't even tend to fix it much, it is just the nature of the technology. edit*** I am also running all 3 of my monitors at 1920x1080 in fullscreen mode. Darevsool
I'm running the game at 5760x1080 (across 3 monitors) and have the same "fisheye" effect. As previously mentioned, you can't do much about it. After awhile I got used to it, as previous posters mentioned they did as well.
