ellenbec Posted March 10, 2013 Share Posted March 10, 2013 (edited) The base tank spec is 31/8/2 For stats, you will want to stack Shield rating and Absorb rating primarily, with filling in Defense rating. A good spread to shoot for is 50%/50%/15%. After you sit solid on shield, absorb, and defense you will look to increase your endurance and Aim.
