Iliac Posted February 7, 2013 Share Posted February 7, 2013 I know there have been suggestions posted to have gear that is bought through the cartel market to all be BoL, however this has a small problem of causing EA to not make as much money off of us. Another option that would allow EA to still make money from us is to allow us to buy a consumable that will convert a single piece of bound gear to bound to legacy.
