BanRau
I was wondering if it is possible to re-allocate skill points after they've already been put into certain skills so that they can be used differently with a character or if I just need to make a different character? darthtrunkmonkey
huh? and if i read that correctly thats called respeccing, aka respec aka reallocating points, theres a total of 4 npcs that can do that. 1 on fleet, 1 on coruscant/dromund kaas, darth malgus statue/satele shan, and for 200k you can buy the legacy perk that allows you to field respec. that is of course would be my answer if thats what you were talkign about
ZeroPlus
To add to darthtrunkmonkey's answer, the NPCs in question are called "Skill Mentors". When on the Fleet or the home planet of your faction (Coruscant/Dromund Kaas) simply ask in General where they are and someone will assist you. As a subscriber the "respec" is free. If you drop down to a preferred status it will cost you in-game credits to respec (as it did in the past for subscribers).
ChrisRedmond
Ask in General chat for the 'skill mentor' on the fleet. For some reason, he doesn't show on the map.
