That is top level pve gear that you can only get by beating bosses in ops and getting special tokens that when taken to the npc you can redeem the gear. Its a random drop on Balmorra and Dromund Kaas, but it's super rare; I got mine from a friend, but it sells on our server for about 1.5 million. Good luck! Since patch 1.4.0, (26/Sep/2012), the drop rate of items from all champions has been severely reduced. A guy on Torhead farmed Dr. Pammel & his two pets 200 times to see what the new drop rate is. Out of 200 solo kills on these three champions, he got: 2 orange items (1% drop rate) 5 blue items (2% drop rate) 34 green items (15% drop rate) 19 medpacks (lv8-12) (10% drop rate) some DK comms, he didn't count how many. And white armor period doesn't look Sithy, so I don't understand the basis of your argument. What Sith wears white? I was just giving him another white armor option.
