The one genuine mistake BW/EA have made is lack of communication.

i cant help but think that if this list was made, then there would be countless amounts of people selling their accounts before they even existed, and who knows how many of those would be ripped off...so on and so forth.

Double Edge sword.

 

Be open and possible end up having to not commit to a statement. It happens. Nobody can ever always garuntee keeping their statement. This becomes even more difficult as the number of people involved increases.

 

Or

 

Stay closed mouth and irritate people because they aren't open enough.

 

Both have their downsides. However being silent only pisses off a smaller community vastly rather than pissing off a vast community.
