I really really want this sucker for my sent. And apparently it is the only site that gives those drops, other sites don't even list how to get the chestpiece. With its reqs, I am betting it's a holdover from beta which had a ton of dropped items that required alignment rank....mostly purples. Most of that was removed in the last few beta builds.
