Auilt Posted December 20, 2011 Share Posted December 20, 2011 Arsenal is very crit-dependent because it relies on crits to help manage heat. Therefore, you should focus your stats on crit. After crit, the most obvious choice would be surge to increase the damage those crits do. I'm not sure PvP would be any different from PvE in this regard.
