I've been gone for some time now and I remember the "Carolina Parakeet" build for PT's used to be so strong. Is it still strong or are there better builds out there that are pretty much better? Basically, all I want to know is if it's still viable or not and why isn't it and are there any other builds that surpass the "Carolina Parakeet". People who played way before F2P will know what I mean by "Carolina Parakeet". And as I said before I have been gone for some time was like before patch 1.1 or something, I don't really know .
