ok so im taking over a guild everything outta place over there um pp wanna rp and stuuf i need advice on wat i should do to get things up an running to make this guild stable.

Then gather liked minded people together that you enjoy playing with.

 

Third think of a good name to use and not something stupid.

 

Then, never spam for guildmates in general chat or you are a bad guild.
