In our guild the biggest problem is that the only way to practice together as an 8 man team is to play ranked. But in any competitive atmosphere teams need to practice. You practice as a team then you go into the matches. How is a new guild going to compete with the already established guilds without practice. My goal is to get new players where they feel comfortable to play ranked. Practice matches allow people to practice and see what you need to do better.
