Not all patches are client side [aka no client patch] it doesn't take 4 hours to reboot the servers so there was SOMTHING patched. And if memory serves that makes this the 1st one without patch notes. maintenance doesn't mean, shut the servers down and bring them back up. They check the hardware to make sure nothing is going to fail. They run diagnostics to insure the software is having no issues and run back ups of the servers incase of crashes or something unexpected. That all can take up to and beyond 4 hours. And if memory serves that makes this the 1st one without patch notes. They don't just take servers offline for patches. They get taken offline to run diagnostics. If you've ever done a scandisk or defrag on your PC, you would know this. Then, after diagnostics, servers are restarted. If you can't understand this, I submit you have a pebkac error.
