New Merc - question on skill setup

Hi guys,

i'm currently on lv 44 and i figgured i'll aim for this:

I want to play Pyro, as i like the mobility, with having tracing missile. I try to maximize my crit. chance and surge to keep my fire dots tick hard and also maximize the rail shot damage.

I do pvp/pve with this setup, and so far quite successfully. OFC i'm not there yet as i still miss 6 points at 44lv.

What do you think about it?

PVP viable?

PVE viable?
