MariaD
Hello, I am looking for a place in the world with two conditions... 1 - Plain one-color background I could cut out in a way similar to the green screen from movie making. 2 - Good light conditions. Indoor portraits tend to be very dim, in particular. I can't be the first person to search for that! So, please share!
TheUnseenRage
I will not lie, I have searched for this many times. The only successful spot I have found is Hoth and, to be honest, it was not that good: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d1UBpZrYR1s It was acceptable but I could do better. I am currently working on a video introduction, and would love to have someone share a perfect keying-spot for us. Much love, Evan
MariaD
I ended up using Hoth for my "Star Wars Uncut" movie scene as well. The light is bright and the snow is, well, more or less uniform. That was a really neat animation you linked! How did you make it? Is it a filter in a video program? TheUnseenRage
So you found success on Hoth? Hm.. And as for the video, I use Adobe After Effects CS5. And I used a ton of effects so I can't really recall precisely. Thanks for the compliment though.
