The difference between full power augments and full strength augments is below: Full Strength -5 bonus damage (Yeah thats it) +1.2% crit Full Power +5 Bonus damage -1.2% crit You'll notice that higher end marauders are using power/surge enhancements which give more dps, they make up for that crit by going strength augments as 5 bonus damage is trivial.
