BlznSmri Posted August 21, 2012 Share Posted August 21, 2012 It's a secondary proc like Ataru form. It will hit harder when Precision is up but it wont make Blade Storm hit harder per say. It's just an extra 200 damage or so every four and a half seconds. It's decent however I prefer to have a Battlemaster/ War Hero Power relic with Campaign Relic of Boundless Ages. Doing parsers Blade Storm is never my main damage dealer, Blade Rush and Ataru Form are my main damage dealers.
