But I would expect that "It Depends on what you buy" is the answer. If you buy a race unlock I would hope/expect that to be a permanent account unlock. If you buy a cosmetic item then it will most likely be on a per-character basis. Consumables will also not be account wide (obviously, IMO), but there will be a decent amount of account wide unlocks. I am basing my opinions a couple of hybrid F2P models that I am familiar with, DDO, COH, STO. I know LotRO is similar, but I have not played it.
