It's kindof annoying when you're a low level and you're trying to quest while an army of 50's is running around and (on some planets) ganking people that are questing. The seperate instance would have nothing from the event in it- no special boxes spawning, nothing there for a level 50 scavenger hunt, no turrets for level 50s to fight an army of level 50s.
