Operative for convenience (stealth), Powertech for being absurdly tanky and making PVE even more trivial than it already is.
I find powertechs benefit the most from dominating spacing altogether rather than just shooting for 10m.
Wherever your enemy is the most comfortable, you do the opposite. You have access to loads of CCs to stay out of reach of melee, as well as the means to close gaps.
Companion protection services will soon arrive to reclaim all of your companions, and replace them with multiple copies of Tharan- some even whinier and more obnoxious than the original.
Just like how agents couldn't imagine Kaliyo without her pistol, but now she can only use a rifle.
Also nice to see that bioware completely forgot what we told them in closed beta- players asked to replace Kaliyo and Corso's grapples with a lunge instead, to avoid screwing over snipers and gunslingers.
Now they have grapples back.
The fact that nobody trusts Kaliyo actually means that Kaliyo is the only one to be trusted, and all of your other companions are deviants.
Never question best girl.
If your computer still runs, chances are it can run SWTOR
when I started playing at launch, my computer was a potato with a monitor plugged in, and it still ran it with decent fps.
Not to mention max settings barely look better than min.
I wasn't aware it COULD happen.
Still, I would like a targeting system similar to what The Secret World uses- you have an offensive and a defensive target selected at the same time, to make tanking or healing more seamless with combat.
Only issue that would come from that is if you're using a Mercenary or Commando healer, where your basic attack also functions to heal allies.
I avoid staged PVP battles for the express purpose of avoiding PVP builds.
Random PVP while questing, however, is always fun.
I've always enjoyed staying on my toes a lot more than playing "who can spam OP **** harder"

Also in all my years of MMO experience, I've never seen a guild I was in survive longer than 6 months after I joined, making the common "my guild is losing people so the game is too" argument a joke.
Yet another idiot who doesn't even know what fascism is.
It's an economic system straddling the line between capitalism and socialism. Granted, I'm pretty sure the empire IS fascist, but it has nothing to do with anything.
Back on topic, it's good to note that rattataki and zabrak are high enough on the empire's social ladder to end up as a sith or an agent- that's why those races are available to agents by default.
Also, as long as someone is a powerful enough force sensitive, even the empire can't be damned about their race.
What the hell happened? I stopped playing about 6 months after launch, now I come back and the whole game is a cakewalk- I can just sneak past every unnecessary enemy and I still end up overleveled.
It isn't even overleveling that's making it too easy- I made another agent character (first character was an agent) and I was already 2-shotting everything I saw at level 1.
Seriously, what the ****.
Completely breaks every animation, outfit, and cut scene there is, Lucas wouldn't allow it, the species would need to be named (which also wouldn't be allowed), and they're incredibly rare, which ****s with lore to see them everywhere.
Just change your graphics settings- that "graphics update" thing is a lie- I normally run the game on max settings, then the "graphics update" changed it to the low preset.
