Healer 32/7/2 PVE gear !

Hi everyone,

 

I just turned 50 two weeks ago, and have been doing HM flash points. I am looking for the best gear setup for a healer. Thanks for your help.

I would recommend the following guidelines:

 

1. If you have a choice, pick gear with the Resolve armoring rather than Force Wielder armoring.

2. If possible, stay away from mods that end in letters (e.g. 24 is better than 24A or 24B) because there is too much endurance and not enough main/secondary stat benefit.

3. Try to get your crit around 35% with the agent buff.

4. Try to get your surge around 75%

5. Stack willpower and power after that.

6. Use Resolve augments in your gear

 

Unfortunately, many of the default Columi, Rakata and Black Hole gear choices have mismatched mods, so you can benefit from ripping mods / enhancements out and optimizing your gear.

One thing I did once I started getting Black Hole commendations is buy about 4 of these:

Then tear the mods out and put it in the Columi/Rakata shells I had gotten from flashpoints and ops.

 

The armoring will only transfer to boots, but the Mod and Enhancement can be put in any gear.
