Are you really coming from the angle that despite them being surprised their own game didn't include it and promising to put it in months ago, the fact that such a simple and staple feature of modern MMO's is not in the game is entirely acceptable? It would be nice to have, and they should add it when they can, but there are so many other things that need attention first. If that feature came out tomorrow there would be dozens of threads saying "You wasted your time on THIS instead of fixing XXXX!! It is entirely acceptable. Ready check is a nice fluff feature, nothing more. If it never gets put in the game no one loses anything. Polebreaker Posted August 5, 2012 Share Posted August 5, 2012 Ran 72+ person raids in EQ without voice or a ready check... it's amazing what you can do when you raid with people who have an attention span longer than 2 minutes. Either way, it seems like a simple thing to add in for those who need it / want it, and it's implied that it would be easy by that dev quote... but there you go.
