Because of the way the enhancements work, you will pretty much walk into this with gear itemization. I'm not sure about AP. I would think AP wouldn't need any accuracy at all because their only ranged attack, rail shot, isn't used often and doesn't do a high percentage of an AP's damage. If you have 100% accuracy on normal attacks, you have 110% accuracy on your specials. 110% negates miss and defense in PvE, and requires around 288 accuracy points, or 260 with Skadge's affection maxed out. There are arguments for not wasting points on accuracy, but 260 points in your stat budget for 10% extra damage is pretty cheap, as long as you don't go over.
