Altheran Posted June 22, 2012 Share Posted June 22, 2012 I don't see any problem with Ballistic Dampers in tier 2. I'm in Lethality and I could choose to take it if i would, but i didn't. If people don't have it while in Lethality, it's just that they don't want it, not they can't have it.
