There was a scene where they were seated around a table eating. I don't think there is much on Tattoine that would be considered vegetarian diet. Also Jedi see see death as a natural occurrence even though they respect life and all life forms. Remember Yoda said Death is a natural part of life. Nope! *Jumps on ship, flies to Imperial space* Hate to burst your bubble but chicken nuggets (refering to McDs) are probably alot less meat then youd expect, so Jedi might live off of Chicken Nuggets, now if they said no bacon wrapped steak....
