Inokis Posted June 16, 2012 Share Posted June 16, 2012 I had an item I wanted to put onto a character. I removed the mods to see if the item level changed, which it didn't. Even though the mods said bind on equip and remained unbound the item resulted in a bind. Why? It makes no sense. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
