The idea is that the Legacy Global Perk be priced 100% at the base minimum legacy level when unlocked, then perhaps for every 5 levels above the miniumum, legacy leval achieved, the price drops by 5% and so un until you get like a 20% or 25% discount for achieving 20 to 25 levels over the base minimum leval required to unlock the perk.
