deadandburied
Dummy has no defense so testing on the Dummy is pointless for testing accuracy. I have confirmed this. I don't know who came up with needing 8% accuracy to not miss. That is patently incorrect. Specials that use Tech and Elemental i have never missed with 5% accuracy. So it may be 0% is needed. Although it could be 5% is needed as the boss should have a base of 5% defense. So it would dodge our abilities if we're under 5% accuracy. I haven't confirmed this. Specials that use physical damage ie Full Auto and High Impact Bolt require 10% accuracy to not miss. I'm currently at 8.5% and it shows the bosses dodging them at 1.5%. Hammershot may require 20% accuracy to not miss. Edited May 23, 2012 by deadandburied

Boufsa
you should have used aim augments rather than power augments. Mathematician players have demonstrated that they are roughly equivalent taking into account the statistical critical impact. However, since there is a percentage bonus to aim from the talents and also form the consular buff, aim is much better than power.
