FightingRanger
Is mortar volley even worth being in the rotation anymore?
Spatology
yes, on cooldown, always.
LordTharin
I find it very useful and still hit 3-4 targets even at the reduced area. Sometimes one of the targets get knocked out of the radius but still knock that target down.
mksaccount
Yes, I miss my mighty huge-radius-kill-em-all MV, but the 1.2 version is still pretty powerful. In some ways it's an improvement, for instance when I am doing the Heroic 2 dailies with my jedi pal, he can put one to sleep, and I can use MV on 2 enemies next to him. The target reticule actually matches the radius pretty close. In PVP it hits fast, and there are plenty of imps who aren't paying attention and stand still or walk right through it. Krayshawn
I like that its fast for PvP purposes. On the other hand, i used to use it to gather up the agro ( i like to save my AoE taunt for when the gunslingers start causing to much threat). Panteleone
In PvE I use it as an opener against grouped mobs. By the time it's off cooldown again I've long since finished them. When progressing through an instanced area full of grouped mobs the cooldown only allows me to use it against every other group. Versus single elites and bosses I might use it to open but there's better rotations against single mobs.
