Airoper
all that is needed is a -10% 1hour reward debuff for each WZ you leave stack-able to -100% & each new stack refreshes the 1hour timer. Edited April 19, 2012 by Airoper
Christonya
Then people log out and wait out the debuff, if it doesnt run out while off line, they quit the game. A better fix is just to add a forfeit button. If you go 4 - 0 in huttball in the first 3 mins, its a safe bet that the match is over, same with Civil war when you need 3 nodes to actually come back. Uh no...how bout just make it possible to get some rewards in a loss? Oh wait, BW is already doing that as previously stated in the week..... A worthy suggestion. +1 Though I would still like to see preferably a lockout debuff above all... can't wait til rated gets added, then there will be less forum bs to dig through to find something useful worth reading. Airoper
people still left before 1.2. i will stay in a losing WZ if its a good fight ive been 0-6 in huttballs but stayed as it was EPIC death match. fyi we only lost due to them having a sorc runner ninja cappin while we all were fighting to the death, that sorc came last in medals which was good as they killed the match by stopping it early
Airoper
make the debuff visible to other players, the debuff of shame
Darth-Rammstein
Uh no...how bout just make it possible to get some rewards in a loss? Oh wait, BW is already doing that as previously stated in the week..... exactly, pre 1.2 the rewards for a loss were still decent so people hung around even in a losing match...what we have now is total crap rewards in a loss which encourages quitting because the rewards are so small that it's not worth your time to get roflstomped by a premade group who get's carried by vent. Zocat
You dont punish players for action X. You reward the opposite of X. Easy example: Rested XP. Normal experience gain x. Gain with rested XP: 2x Now we use: XP penalty (for too much playing, like FFXIV initially): Normal experience: y. Penalized XP: 1/2y Now set 2x = y. It's the same underground value. But you dont see people complaining about a rested XP system. You will see people crying about a penalty system. "Stay till the end - here's a nice bonus". But atm the bonus is not worth the time. "Warzone completion will yield greater rewards". Now we wait and see if they do it right....
