Gyronamics Posted April 14, 2012 Share Posted April 14, 2012 I really dislike procs happening at the end of a cast time attack. When you're firing a chain of Charged Bolts because you've got a stack of ammo to burn and get a proc in the middle, you're already into the next CB cast before you can use that proc. The issue there is you can either cancel your cast to use the proc OR you can carry out the cast and hope you don't waste a second proc which may happen. Well that was before 1.2 Now with a 6s cap on how often IA can proc you can cast that second CB and it will have 0 chance to proc another IA. Thus letting you queue up HiB for after that CB. Also, HiB now does more damage than CB. Not because of a buff but because of a nerf, so, being on top of all IA procs is important to control the damage we have left.
