User Interface Volume Control

Please allow for muting and or volume control of user interface related sounds.

I agree with this so hard, except adjustable just as it is in Preferences. I like to have my TV on when I play, but I want to hear conversations, so I'd like to be able to lower and raise the volume in the fewest steps possible.
