They would first try to ally with them, and when that failed, they would try to detroy them. The Jedi would view the Ori as Sith, since only a Sith deals in absolutes, and no one is better at absolutes, than the Ori. Of course, as soon as the Imperial or Republic fleets faced the Ori in space combat, it's all over but the crying, since Ori ships tend to WTFPWN just about any opposition they face.
