This effect can only occur once every 4.5 seconds, and shares this limit with similar damage-dealing effects. But all our Stances are damage inflicting.. For example, Combat Technique is: Assumes a combat technique, giving your attacks a 50% chance to deal 229 internal damage and heal you for 464. This effect cannot occur more than once every 4.5 seconds. So every 4.5 seconds of a fight only ONE of these two will proc? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Then it`s a question emerges concerning sustained and burst damage.. A hard question.. How to spend 200Daily comms.. What to choose for a Tank as 1.2 go live: Campaign Relic of Boundless Ages Total Stats: +84 Endurance On Use: Increases Power by 405 for 20 seconds. OR Campaign Relic of Dark Radiance Total Stats: +84 Endurance On Hit: Damaging attacks have a 30% chance to deal 184 additional internal damage to the target. This effect can only occur once every 4.5 seconds, and shares this limit with similar damage-dealing effects. ----- For the burst damage Relic: 405 Power provide something like +92 Bonus Damage.. For 20sec it is theoretically do 13*92 = 1196 additional damage.. And Relic go for 2min cooldown.. Though i do +1196 Damage for 2minutes.. For the sustained damage Relic: 184 damage every 4.5sec.. For 2 minutes of constant fighting it will proc 26 times.. 26*184=4784.. But there is no such thing as constant fighting.. But internal damage is less probable to be mitigated.. *sigh*.. Currently these are the drops from Operations HMs.. But in 1.2 you can also buy them from Daily Vendor for 200 Daily Comms..
